A clipper is scooting across the Mason-Dixon Line this afternoon bringing light snow to parts of Pennsylvania and New York...can't rule out a light rain shower or two to make it over the mountains into the northern half of the Shenandoah Valley. Other than that, just windy and warm. A better shot at rain arrives Thursday night into Friday.
