Today looks nice for the most part under partly cloudy skies and highs in the mid to upper 60s. A few showers will develop along the mountains this evening...can't rule out one or two of these crawling east into the Shenandoah Valley late. The better chance for rain will be Thursday as an upper level disturbance crosses the area. Precipitation will wrap up the first half of the day Friday setting the stage for a period of very nice weather this weekend through the first part of next week. Expect lots of sun with highs in the 70s (still looks like we may flirt with 80 Monday and Tuesday).
